Truth is in the sacrament

With over 13 years of hands-on experience, my work is rooted in both practice and personal necessity. After combat service, I faced ongoing challenges with PTSD and TBI, and through years of exploration and discipline, I found that certain sacred medicines, when approached with respect and intention, significantly improved my quality of life.

These experiences reshaped how I view healing, responsibility, and education. What began as personal survival evolved into a commitment to understanding these medicines more deeply—how they work, how to approach them safely, and how to integrate them into daily life in a meaningful way.

My goal is to share what I’ve learned so others may find clarity, balance, and a path forward of their own.
